Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how AI Parodist handles personal data when you use aiparodist.com. We collect only what we need to run your studio, and we do not sell your personal data.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.

Creative data: the prompts, settings, reference photos and portraits you upload, and the images and videos you generate.

Account activity: your credit balance, plan, test purchase history and generation jobs.

Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the Service secure and working.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide your account, generate and save your work, track credits, prevent abuse and fraud, fix problems, and communicate about your account (for example, email confirmation). We rely on the contract with you to provide the Service, and on our legitimate interest in keeping it safe.

4. AI processing

When you generate a work, your prompt and any selected reference image are sent securely to our AI model providers to produce the result. They process this data only to return the output to us. We do not use your private works or uploads to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database and file storage, sign-in (including Google, if you choose it), and AI generation. They may only use your data to provide services to us. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect people from harm. If we ever process real payments, a payment provider will handle your card details; we will not store full card numbers.

6. Private and public works

Works you create are private to your account by default. Only works that are marked public appear in the gallery, where anyone can view them. You can delete any work from My works at any time.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your account and works until you delete them or close your account. Deleted works are removed from our storage. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires.

8. Security

Your files are stored in private storage, which only your signed-in account can reach. Connections are encrypted, and access controls stop other users from seeing your private works. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Jamaica's Data Protection Act 2020 and laws such as the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. You can download and delete works yourself; for anything else, email privacy@aiparodist.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

AI Parodist is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. International transfers and changes

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
